Child Seats for Your Business: The EH High Chair

December 9, 2007

2865.jpgChildren are amazing little critters. Their contortions and escapes would make Houdini jealous. I remember when my daughter was very small; there were no high chairs that could hold her! Luckily, she was very agile for a baby, and so never got herself seriously injured. But really, if they’d had a reality show for baby escape artists, we’d be millionaires by now.

Which brings me to the subject of this post: high chairs. Every hospitality business needs them, because lots of customers bring their kids along when they go out for a night on the town. If you’ve got a hotel, restaurant, or even a beauty salon, you can bet that you’ll someday need a child seat capable of restraining even the most tenacious of escapees.

The EH High Chair pictured here is a real dandy. It’s got joints that have been glued and screwed for double strength; an easy wipe clean finish; mortice and tenon construction for all joints; safety straps; and solid European beech construction. It comes fully assembled, with a minimum order of four high chairs. These seats are stackable for simple storage, and come in a number of colors.

The dimensions for the EH High Chair are: 71cm high, 49cm wide, and 49cm deep. The straps are also made for easy cleaning, and can be ordered in different colors as well. There is also an optional “Y” harness available. If they’d just add solid steel handcuffs and a straight jacket, it might have even held my child. (But I wouldn’t bet on it.)

To avoid nasty tumbles, I suggest that all hospitality businesses invest in good high chairs. Bumpy, grumpy kids won’t have a good time, and neither will their parents. Maximize safety to maximize their fun and enjoyment, and to bring them back time and again!
