Commercial Health Care Furniture: James Spencer & Co Renovates Showroom

December 6, 2007

new-showroom.jpgIt seems that residential furniture designers are always opening new showrooms or having new sales or events to show off their offerings. Now a manufacturer of health care furniture is putting more of its wares on display for potential customers.

James Spencer & Co, a leading health care furniture manufacturer, has improved the showroom at its Prospect Hills headquarters in Wilsden. The company boasts an extensive products portfolio, and also a new addition to the showroom – a decked out bedroom featuring a layout typically found in private care homes or private hospital rooms.

The furnishings at the facility are extremely strong. Many of the products have been tested and verified capable of handling loads of up to 100 stones in weight. Now that’s some serious furniture. I wish I’d had furniture of that magnitude after Thanksgiving.

Members of the health care industry who need to provide sturdy furniture for disabled patients should be especially interested in the James Spencer furniture. Chairman Richard Spencer said, “We operate an ‘open doors’ policy and more and more of our existing and potential trade customers are visiting the showroom. The upgrade allows us to showcase our expanding product ranges far more effectively under one roof. “

James Spencer & Co’s commercial manager Dill Butt headed up the showroom upgrade project, which is also being manned by sales team newcomer Paul Stanford.

James Spencer’s product ranges include chairs of all sorts, tables, leg rests, toilet aids, walking aids, wheelchairs, beds and bed accessories, general hospital equipment and office furniture, cabinets and trolleys, and bath and shower equipment.
